Overview |
Greater Wellington has identified a section of the Ruamāhanga River where erosion could put the former Masterton Landfill and homes upstream at risk. Rock groynes (walls built out from a riverbank into a river) and a revetment (sloping bank of rock) will be built to protect against erosion in this area. |
