Phase Design/Construction
Activity Erosion protection
Construction timing Construction is currently scheduled to take place in from August to October 2022
Overview

In December 2019 heavy rain washed out a temporary structure built in Stokes Valley Stream to help protect against erosion.

A new, permanent rock revetment (sloping bank of rock) will be built along the riverbank to help protect it.

The design of this new structure will also help make it easier for fish to migrate through the area.
