My principal residence is within the Wairarapa General Constituency area.

Our rural communities have priorities and values that deserve fair representation.

I have served as a South Wairarapa District Councillor for 10 years plus, holding leadership roles on several committees. These include finance, infrastructure, water reform, planning and regulatory, Ruamahunga Whaitua and Lower Valley advisory committees.

Local Government is changing. Within the next two years, Regional Councils will no longer exist as we know them today. The Wairarapa division of GWRC will be incorporated into a larger unitary authority.

I am standing to be the strong and independent voice of the Wairarapa during this critical phase of Local Government reform.

If elected, I will focus on the practical outcomes for transport, environmental protection, climate resilience, flood management, coastal protection and sustainable infrastructure.

I will represent the Wairarapa with integrity, experience and strong local leadership.

I will work alongside and listen to our Wairarapa people.
