Agendas and reports

Meeting order papers (agenda and public reports) are available two working days before each meeting electronically from the respective meeting entry in the calendar:

Attending and speaking at meetings

The public has an opportunity to participate at the start of all meetings, with the exception of hearings.

Participation at Council, Civil Defence Emergency Management Group, and Wellington Regional Leadership Committee meetings must directly relate to an item on the agenda.

Any person (or group) wishing to participate must contact democratic.services@gw.govt.nz or 0800 496 734 by midday the day before the meeting.
