Join us for Webinar 5 of Restoration Week te taiao webinar series: Community successes stories in the Wellington region.

Tonight is all about cool local stories! You will hear from Shelby Stoneburner and Lisa Whittle from Waimapihi Reserve located beside Zealandia, Tim Park on iNaturalist, Peter Reimann on Trelissick Park, Olivia Bird about her Volunteer Projects research, and Jane Martin’s Backyard Bush project – a neighbourhood scale restoration initiative.

Te taiao webinar series includes 6 one-hour sessions run over 6 days. Each day will focus on a separate key area of te taiao restoration across the Wellington region.

Hosted by Nick Tansley, local experts will be sharing updates on various topics including waterways, coastlines, pest animals, pest plants, community successes, and the future of restoration across the region.
