Event details
Join us for a rewarding afternoon helping restore Battle Hill Farm Forest Park at our community planting day.
Greater Wellington and the Friends of Battle Hill group will be planting in two key areas — the new oak wetland and the airstrip wetland — helping to improve biodiversity and strengthen these important habitats for future generations.
We’ll wrap up the day with a BBQ to celebrate your mahi.
This planting day is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of physical activity as you’ll be carrying plants and digging holes.
