Information Requested:

"First: whether the Greater Wellington Regional Coun il / Metlink has made any change to its 
policy, criteria, or practice for assessing or reassessing the eligibility of Total Mobility 
cardholders, and if so, the date that change was made or is to take effect, together with a copy 
of the relevant policy document or decision.
Second: the assessment criteria against which Total Mobility cardholders are being, or will be, 
assessed under the changed policy, including any eligibility tool, scoring method, or guidance 
issued to assessors.
Third: the number of assessments or reassessments the Greater Wellington Regional Council 
/ Metlink intends to carry out under this programme.
Fourth: the date by which the Greater Wellington Regional Council / Metlink expects this 
assessment work o be completed.
Fifth: any saving , cost reductions, or fiscal impacts the Greater Wellington Regional Council 
has calculated or forecast to result from this programme, including any business case, 
briefing modelling, or financial analysis prepared in support of it.”
