This report presents five key heritage themes as a way of
understanding and documenting Queen Elizabeth Park's history.
These themes are natural; Maori; farming; military; and park. The
report also collates and summarises previous reports, studies and
documentation, and provides a list of specific actions for the
implementation of the Heritage Framework.
