“Further to my LGOIMA 2025-134 from May this year, I would like to please request the following:
• Which Greater Wellington Regional Council elected members were made aware of the existence and content of the Ombudsman's correspondence of 12 December 2024 and the Chief Executive's response of 23 January 2025?
• Was the independent chair of the council's Finance, Risk and Assurance Committee made aware of the existence and content of the Ombudsman's correspondence of 12 December 2024 and the Chief Executive's response of 23 January 2025?
• Has the existence and content of the Ombudsman's correspondence of 12 December 2024 and the Chief Executive's response of 23 January 2025 ever been included in either agenda and/or attachments (including public excluded) of the Finance, Risk and Assurance Committee ”
