“During the discussion about the Pinehaven stream works I understand Jack Mace and Tim Harty made some comments to the effect the flood modelling for Pinehaven stream did not need updating. If that is correct, it seems at odds with previous conversations the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment has had with GWRC about the modelling. I would like greater clarity about what comments were made by GWRC about the flood model and its appropriateness.”
