Request for information: 

"Accordingly, we request your file on this (WAR040089) resource consent decision. In particular, we request: 

• the applications for consents (including assessment of environmental effects); 
• the submissions received, and evidence from those involved in the hearings process; 
• the officer's report that considered the application under the Resource Management Act 1991; 
• the decision of the Minister of Conservation regarding the recommendation to approve consent for a restricted coastal activity; 
• any documentation related to engagement that occurred with DOC, councils, stakeholders and local iwi/hapū about the consents both before and after the decision; 
• any reports prepared concerning ongoing implementation and maintenance of the dunes and coastal access; and
• the final consent (with conditions) as granted."
