Rongoā Māori or traditional Māori medicine encompasses various healing practices that are drawn from nature. Many of these practices that have been passed down over many generations.
Come along and learn more from local practitioners as they share stories and some ancient tikanga (customary practices) unique to the area. We explore an area of remnant forest within Queen Elizabeth Park. You are welcome to bring a snack to share for afterwards.
