Committee meetings calendar
Greater Wellington (GW) and its committees meet once every six weeks to receive reports from GW staff, debate issues and decide on policy. All meetings are open to the public and meeting dates are advertised in local newspapers.
Agendas are available from Greater Wellington in advance of all meetings. If you wish to say something about any item on the agenda, you can do this during the public participation section. If you wish to speak on any issue that is not on an agenda, you can do so during the public participation section of full Council Committee meetings.
Most meetings are held in Wellington, except for the Rural Services and Wairarapa Committee which normally meets in Masterton.
