Western Corridor Plan
The Western Corridor is the major route into the Capital and a key component of the primary North Island - South Island link through New Zealand.
The corridor generally follows the line of State Highway 1 and the North Island Main Trunk Railway from Otaki to Ngauranga. It includes connections to adjacent corridors.
The Western Corridor Plan was adopted in 2006.
