Water takes - information for consent holders

The Wellington region's rivers, streams and aquifers help drive the area’s economy, and are valued for recreational, aesthetic, ecological and cultural reasons. Greater Wellington’s (GW) role is to manage the abstraction and taking of water so it is available for all these values.
