Workplace travel plans are a great way for your organisation to improve staff health and productivity while demonstrating your organisation’s commitment to sustainability. Developing a travel plan is pretty easy and straightforward, and we are here to work with you through each step of the process.

So what is a workplace travel plan? A workplace travel plan is a package of measures that promote sustainable modes of transport for travel to and from work and for business purposes. A workplace travel plan will include a survey or the way your staff travel, and feedback from your staff on actions that would encourage and support staff to walk, cycle, catch public transport ,carpool or choose flexible work more often.

Workplaces currently implementing or developing  travel plans are: Victoria University, Capital Coast & Hutt Valley DHB’s, Inland Revenue, the Ministry for the Environment, the Department of Conservation, GNS Science, Upper Hutt City Council, the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA), Greater Wellington, Hutt City Council and Shell New Zealand.
