Get your 2010 everyday cycling off to a great start. Learn the essentials of commuting to work from the experts at Cycle Aware Wellington. This 60 minute lunchtime workshop will answer everything you wanted to know about riding to work, such as 'Do I need any Special Equipment?' 'What should I wear?' 'How do I carry my stuff?' 'What if I live a long way from work?' and, 'What about riding in traffic?'

In this 30 minute workshop we'll cover the essentials of a basic pre-ride check and fixing a flat tyre with no fuss. Don't forget to bring your bike, pump and tyre levers if you have them.
