| The Hutt Corridor follows State Highway 2 and the Wairarapa railway line from Ngauranga through to Upper Hutt. The Hutt Corridor Plan was adopted in December 2003, following a consultative process. It includes connections to adjacent corridors. The plan includes a number of improvements for road, rail, walking and cycling.
