Rules about stormwater, greywater and sewage
The Regional Plan for Discharges to Land has regional rules about stormwater, greywater and sewage that apply when these contaminants are discharged to land. If these contaminants are discharged to water they are regulated in the Regional Freshwater Plan If they are discharged to the coastal marine area, they are regulated in the Regional Coastal Plan.
