Regional pest management strategy (RPMS)

The Biosecurity Act enables Greater Wellington Regional Council to develop management programmes for individual pest plants which have the potential to impact on the region's economy, environment, human health, recreation or Māori culture and traditions.

The Regional Pest Management Strategy was adopted by Greater Wellington on the 9th of March 2009.
