You are welcome to picnic anywhere in the parks and forests. Feel free to bring your portable gas BBQ or camp-stove. No rubbish bins are provided, so please take your rubbish home and recycle where possible.
Light no fires, except with the permission of the park ranger.
Free electric BBQs are available in the Kaitoke Regional Park campsite.
Reserve a picnic site
Book a spot in the great outdoors for your next group picnic, community or corporate event. Sites are available to book for a small fee at Battle Hill Farm Forest Park , Kaitoke Regional Park or Queen Elizabeth Park.
