Two harbour ferries,  the City Cat and the larger Cobar Cat, run peak and off-peak commuter services between Days Bay, Queens Wharf and Seatoun. 

The operator, East by West Ferries Ltd, also provides services to Matiu/Somes Island.

We regularly monitor services and carry out service reviews, to better meet passengers' needs and to ensure ratepayers are getting value for money.
