Fare system review

We’re reviewing how Metlink bus, train and harbour ferry fares are calculated and fare discounts and we'd like your feedback.     

This review will help public transport users move towards integrated ticketing, an easier to use system where you pay just once for your entire journey.

Greater Wellington’s policy is to move to just one fare and ticketing system for all public transport services. To achieve this we need to simplify and ensure consistency in our fare system. This will also give users an improved and easier public transport experience.
