Excellence in Compliance Award

The award acknowledges individuals and organisations who currently hold a consent with Greater Wellington and who are working to exceed their compliance requirements to reduce or avoid adverse effects on the environment.

Eligibility

The award is open only to individuals and organisations that currently have a consent with Greater Wellington.

Criteria

• Practices used to meet and or exceed compliance requirements
• Practices used to manage environmental effects not specifically covered by resource consent conditions
• Level of success in minimising environmental impacts
• Systems to monitor environmental effects of consent conditions
• Communications with Greater Wellington and other agencies involved in the consent process

Application form

There is no application/nomination form as Greater Wellington resource advisers will nominate appropriate consent holders for consideration. Please contact your resource adviser for more information.
