Abstract: • This Policy document contains our regime of resource management
charges for the
region. It comes into force on 1 July 2011 and includes
- Resource consent application charges
- Annual consent supervision and monitoring charges
- Charges for not complying with a rule in a regional plan or the Resource
Management Act 1991
- Charges for providing information in relation to plans and resource
consents
- Application charges for changing a plan or the Regional Policy Statement
- Charges associated with our work administering dams under the
Building Act
2004
