management and restoration of native ecosystems - why
it is needed, how it can be done and where a property
owner can obtain further information. It defines "special
feature" as something that contains important natural
values, and it outlines the following assistance
programmes that are available: convenanting, advisory,
streamside and wetland. Also included is a case study of
