Abstract: This study identifies present and future transport needs, and
deficiencies, in the transport route known as the Hutt Corridor.
It analyses key environmental and social sustainability measures
to assess their likely impact or risk, in relation to the six
proposed road link options, and offers recommendations that
would address those needs and deficiencies.
