| Abstract: | All land transport programmes of territorial local authorities in the
Wellington Region are required to “implement” the Wellington Regional Land Transport Strategy, unless its implementation in clearly impractical. This report fulfils that requirement by commenting on the progress of implementing the Wellington Regional Land Transport Strategy (1999– 2004), and impediments to such progress. |
