    Abstract The Hutt River, its tributaries and associated groundwater systems play a
    vital role in sustaining the development and quality of life in the greater
    Wellington area. Because the Hutt River and Hutt Aquifer systems are
    hydraulically connected, the integrated management of both water
    sources is essential.

    Vol 1 Surface Water - collates, analyses and presents the Hutt
    catchment's surface water hydrology data.

    Vol 2 Groundwater Hydrology - collates, analyses and presents the Hutt
    catchment's ground water hydrology data.
