What happens next?

At the hearing, submitters have the opportunity to appear and speak to their submission and respond to sections of the Staff Report that address their submission.
Following the hearing, the Council will make decisions on the submissions.
Once the decisons are made, submitters will receive written notification of the Council decision on their submissions.
Submitters then have an opportunity to file an appeal to the Environment Court appealing the decision(s) made by the Council.
