Running an event in Belmont Regional Park

The park is very popular for many different types of events, especially cross country running and orienteering, mountain biking and horse trail riding.

If you would like to run an event or activity in Belmont Regional Park please contact the park ranger to discuss your ideas and to obtain the relevant forms so that you can apply for a concession. Commercial activities require a full concession that is processed at GW's Wellington office. Most non-commercial activities require a streamlined concession that is processed by a park ranger.  In most cases you also require a health and safety plan.

You should allow at least 15 working days for your application to be processed.
