Changing your consent conditions
You can apply to Greater Wellington to change or cancel any of your resource consent conditions, except for the expiry date.
We ll process your application as if you were applying for a new consent although we only consider the potential adverse environmental effects of changing or cancelling the conditions you have requested.
We charge an initial fixed application fee in advance to cover the estimated cost of assessing and processing your application as follows:
- Non-notified change or cancellation of conditions - $506.00 (including GST)
The fee is based on staff time charged at $126.50 per hour plus any disbursements. The final cost of your application depends on the actual time we need to deal with the application which may be more or less than the fee paid.
If your application requires limited or full notification, the initial fixed application fee will be $5,060.00 (limited notified) or $10,120.00 (fully notified).
